Rosie Hegarty is a dynamic facilitator and stakeholder engagement specialist with over a decade of experience connecting people, industry, and opportunity across Western Australia. Drawing on a strong foundation in recruitment, employment, and workforce development, Rosie brings a people-centred, solutions-focused approach to every engagement.

As the Employment Facilitator for the Perth South Local Jobs Program, an Australian Government initiative, Rosie has successfully led multi-stakeholder collaborations that deliver tangible outcomes for jobseekers, employers, and communities. She has chaired regional taskforces, designed and delivered targeted employment and training initiatives, and coordinated complex partnerships spanning government, education, and industry sectors.

Rosie’s background in account management and business development, including senior roles with SEEK Australia, has equipped her with exceptional communication, relationship-building, and project management skills. Her experience in leading programs such as the Women’s Welding Sheds, FIFO Happiness Workshops, and Try a Trade experiences demonstrates her ability to turn strategic objectives into practical, inclusive solutions that meet real-world needs.

Rosie is known for her professionalism, creativity, and capacity to engage diverse groups in meaningful dialogue. With qualifications in SMART Work Design from Curtin University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Adelaide, she brings both evidence-based insight and empathetic leadership to every project she facilitates.
