About Craig

Craig is an experienced Human Resources and Organisational Development leader with more than 20 years of experience working across all HR disciplines. As a HR leader he has led teams of up to 120 people across six countries and has supported organisations across mining, manufacturing, green energy, government, civil construction, professional services and the not-for-profit sector.

As COO of The Culture Curator, Craig is passionate about creating workplaces where people feel safe, valued and able to do their best work through supporting business owners and leaders to implement practical and proven systems, processes and services. He believes culture isn’t just a buzzword, it’s the heartbeat of any successful organisation and building strong cultures requires intention, empathy and practical leadership.

Craig’s role blends strategy with hands-on delivery. Whether he is implementing HR systems, helping organisations navigate complex people challenges, or supporting leaders to strengthen their capability, his focus is on creating practical, human-centred solutions that genuinely improve workplace culture and performance.
