About Maryanne

Maryanne founded The Connection Coach in 2015 after becoming disillusioned with the workplace cultures she had worked. The Connection Coach is the parent organisation behind The Culture Curator, supporting individuals, leaders and organisations to build healthier workplace cultures and stronger leadership capability.

Maryanne is an experienced business, life, and energy coach who works with individual and teams to understand their belief systems and how they interact with those around them. By using holistic coaching methods, Maryanne provides unique and bespoke coaching to individuals and teams to bring them into harmony and synchronicity.

Her career spans industries including mining, real estate and private enterprise, across roles in health and safety, community development and compliance. Maryanne is an internationally trained and certified auditor and a Saville accredited assessor and has coached individuals ranging from emerging leaders to established business owners and entrepreneurs.

Over the past eight years, Maryanne has also led and delivered the Local Jobs Program for the Australian Government across the Perth South and South West employment regions. Under her leadership, The Connection Coach team was recognised with the highest rating for program delivery by the Australian Government, reflecting a strong commitment to meaningful, people-centred outcomes.

Alongside work and most importantly Maryanne is a proud wife, mum of four and grandmother. She believes how you do anything in life is how you do everything. She is driven to break down the individuals’ stories to empower them to thrive.
